Welcome to Caroline's Texas BBQ, I'm Caroline!  Unlike some, I'm really from San Antonio, Texas and know good barbeque.

I remember every weekend when asked what I wanted, I always said I wanted my grandpa's "black meat."  I spent many of my weekends manning the food and flipping meat.  I love the smell of mesquite, and that's all we use to make our award-winning BBQ.

A few years ago, my husband got the chance to come to Texas and discovered brisket.  Since then, we have a passion to BBQ the best this side of Texas!  Give us a try, and you will not be disappointed, I guarantee. 

We do more than BBQ, we have done and can do catering for all needs.  Yep, that even includes vegetarian dishes (you won't be vegetarian for long after seeing our BBQ!).
